Q... Is it true that as we age we tend to acculmulate toxins and waste products within the body, and if so - what can we do about it?

A... Yes, this is more true than most of us out there would ever imagine. Virtually all of the aging processes are directly related to toxin overload and over acidifying the body - such as gout, arthitus, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Cleansing is the most effective way in which to remove such toxic material from the body, and that includes stopping or at least greatly reducing all cooked foods from the diet, and then increasing one's water consumption to between 3 - 5 litres per day. This will GREATLY reduce all signs of inflammation within 2 months, and cannot be emphazised enough in regards to importance for general health and wellbeing.
